JAMMU, Mar 26: Government today deputed three officers of the Police Department to the Prison Department for utilization of their services on or equivalent level posts in the said department.
According to an order issued by Home Department, the police officers are Lazar Khandare, DySP SHRC, Surinder Singh, SI, JKAP 4th Battalion and Niaz Ahmad, SI, JKAP 4th Battalion.
However, they will retain lien and promotion prospects in their respective parent department.
