MENDHAR, Oct 7: Three employees of Health & Medical Education Department were placed under suspension while a Medical Officer (MO) was attached after they were found absent from duty during surprise checking by Block Medical Officer, Mendhar Dr Parvez Ahmed Khan today.
Official sources said that BMO Mendhar during visit to Primary Health Centre Bhata Durian found Medical Officer (NHM) Dr Rashid Ahmed absent from duty besides three other employees of the PHC, Block Health Worker Parveen Akhtar, Jr Health Inspector Mohd Razak and Junior Health Worker Insp Som Raj. He attached MO to SDH Mendhar and stopped his salary while suspended three other employees. They were also attached to SDH Mendhar. The BMO recommended the termination of the MO to the CMO Poonch.
