KATHUA, Apr 8: A minor was among three persons killed when a bus hit their motorcycle near Sunderchack, district Pathankote, Punjab last night.
Police spokesman identified the victims as Tinku (23), son of Baldev Raj, Sunny (20), son of Harbans Lal and Sanjay (13), son of Parkash, all resident of Nagri Parole, district Kathua. They were returning home after visiting their relatives house in Punjab, when an unidentified bus hit their motorcycle near Sunderchack, Pathankote, late last night.
On getting information, police rushed to the spot and shifted the trio to Pathankote hospital, where doctors declared Sunny and Sanjay as brought dead, while Tinku succumbed to his injuries this morning.
The bodies were handed over to family members after completion of legal formalities, while a case has been registered at Narot Jamel Singh police station, Punjab and further investigation into the case is going on.
