3 injured in road accidents

RAJOURI, Mar 21: Three persons were injured in two separate road accidents in Nowshera  area of district  Rajouri and Surankote area of district Poonch today.
A police spokesman said that two youth were seriously injured when their bike was hit by an unknown vehicle  near TCP Nowshera  on Jammu-Rajouri highway this evening. The two youth were thrown away with the impact of the vehicle and were seriously injured.
They were shifted to SDH, Nowshera by local police. The victims were identified as Suresh Kumar (25), son of  Baldev Raj and Rakesh Kumar, son of Paras Ram, residents of  Jhangar. They were later referred to GMC Hospital, Jammu. The police registered a case and started manhunt  for the vehicle involved in hit and run case.
Meanwhile, 25-year-old  Younis Ahmed Malik, son of  Abdul Qayoom, resident of Draba village was injured after his bike  No. JK12A/ 2623 was hit by Tata Ace  vehicle   ( JK-12/2241) at Mastan Darra in Surankote area today. The injured was rushed to SDH Surankote. The police has registered a case in this connection.
