Srinagar, Aug 30: At least 3 people were today injured after lightning struck Kanagabra area of Karnah in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
As per officials, lightning struck the area in the evening when a group of people was busy outside and rendered thee persons injured.
Those injured have been identified as Shakeel Ahmad Jatla son of Mohd Shafi Jatla, Sajad Ahmad, son of Mohd Shafi and Mohd Aamir son of Nazir Ahmad. All of them are residents of Gabra.
The injured have been immediately removed to the Sub District Hospital Tangdhar for treatment.
