UDHAMPUR, Feb 27: In different areas, three persons were found dead, one in Ramnagar, Thanda Pani Nallah at village Amroh, other one at Jasarkotal Nallah in Tikri after 16 days since he went missing and another at village Ladda-A Morah in Panchari.
Reports said that decomposed body of one Noor Ali, son of Saraz Din of Jasarkotal Panchayat in Tikri area, Ward number 6, was spotted in Jasarkotal Nallah.
According to family members of the deceased, he was missing since February 9 late evening. This morning, his decomposed body was spotted by some locals, who informed the police.
A case under Section 174 CrPC has been registered in this connection for further investigation while the dead body was handed over to the family members after completion of all the legal formalities and postmortem.
Meanwhile, Karnail Chand (55), son of Mangu resident of Majouri Rassli Thakari in Ramnagar Tehsil, was found dead in Thanda Pani Nallah.
The dead body was spotted by some locals, who informed the Ramnagar police. Later, the body was shifted to Sub District Hospital Ramnagar for postmortem. Exact cause of death could not be ascertained while Police has registered a case in this connection for further investigation.
Another man was found dead body near his house in village Ladda-A Morah Dardala, under mysterious circumstances.
The deceased was identified as Chuni Lal (58), son of Bhagu Ram Thakur of Ladda-A Morah Dardala, tehsil Moungri. Police shifted the dead body to PHC Panchari and after postmortem, it was handed over to the family members.
