JAMMU, June 15: The three -day long Varshik Yagya culminated at Shri Maha Ganesh Mandir, Lower Muthi near here, today. The Yagya commenced on June 12 and Puranahuti was performed on the occasion of Zesht Ashtami today.
A large number of devotees participated in the three day long religious function and devotees were served prashad daily. The Yagya comprised of Rudra Abhishek, Maha Rudra , Sapta-Chandi, Lalita Sahastranama, Trivigraha, Maha Gayatri, Navgreha and Panch Devta Homas.
The believers of Sanatan Dharma from different parts of the country participated in this grand religious function. The auspicious Yagya initiated by Brahmleen Swami Ramanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj for the welfare of mankind is performed every year on this day. The Yagya was performed later by Prof A K Ogra a well Known religious scholar and a philanthropist.
The Yagya was performed under the supervision of religious scholars from Haridwar.
