KATHUA, May 6: Three burglary incidents took place late last night in the Hiranagar Sub Division and the burglars did not spare the Temple even.
According to police robberies have taken place at Parshuram Mandir and Sai Mandir at Gurha Mundian. They broke the locker and fled away with cash. They also took away jewellery used for the makeup of idols of God, police added.
In another incident of robbery which took place at Chann Morian where an ATM of J&K Bank has been crushed by robbers to steal the money. Robbers opened the machine lock and decamped with the money lying inside the machine.
Police reached the spot and registered the case under relevant sections of law. A Forensic team also joined the local police and collected the finger prints for identification of the burglars.
