Excelsior Correspondent RAJOURI, Dec 10: Three buffaloes and a horse were charred to death after a cattle-shed caught fire at Api village near Rajouri town last night. Reports said the cattle-shed of one Fazal Hussain caught fire under mysterious circumstances during last mid night. While some of the animals managed to flee, three buffaloes and a horse got trapped inside and were killed. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
