RAMBAN, Oct 12: Banihal Police booked three youth in Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act case.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by parents with Police Station Banihal stating that three youth took their minor son to agricultural fields and had allegedly unnatural sex with the victim.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 183/2021 under Sections 377 and 323 IPC and 4 POCSO Act has been registered at Police Station Banihal and investigation started.
