JAMMU, Nov 14: Peer Mitha police under ‘Operation Sanjeevani’ arrested three persons along with 1.50 grams heroin, a police official said.
The arrested persons have been identified as Umar Mehmood, son of Mehmood Bhat of Christian Colony, Saqib Malik, son of Umar Din of Jogi Gate and Aman Sharma, son of Joginder Sharma of Bellow Gummat.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered against them at Peer Mitha Police Station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Peer Mitha Inspector Javed Malik made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO City Varun Jandial and SP City Dr Vinod Kumar.
