Twenty six long years have passed since Kashmiri Pandit community was forced to leave Kashmir and live an exiled life in Jammu and other parts of India. Since then the community is struggling hard to survive, passing through difficult times.
It is very unfortunate that on the one hand despite countless difficulties and hardships the exiled Pandit community has not yet awakened and allowed itself to get trapped into social evils and internal disagreements. On the other hand the State and Central Govts have not done enough to mitigate the problems of the exiled community.
The concerned National and State political parties are doing nothing but only politicizing the KP issue for their personal ends.
Let us hope good sense prevails upon the community to unitedly fight against injustice in order to save the community from further humiliations and hardships.
