JAMMU: At least 23 pilgrims were injured as bus they were travelling in skidded off the road and plunged into a deep gorge in Reasi district.
“A local bus carrying pilgrims on way from Deva Mayee to Katra this morning skidded off the road and plunged into 50-feet deep gorge just short of Katra,” police here said.
They said that 23 pilgrims sustained injuries in the mishap, adding, “three seriously injured were referred to the Government Medical College and Hospital Jammu.”
Other injured passengers were admitted to the CHC Katra and are stable. (AGENCIES)
