JAMMU, Aug 17: The Home Department has ordered promotion of 20 Deputy Superintendents of Police (DySPs) as Superintendents of Police (SPs) with immediate effect.
According to the order, the promotes are Mohammad Afzal, Jeetan Ji Matoo, Mushtaq Ahmad, Gurmeet Singh, Mohammad Shafi, Jagdev Singh, Rajinder Kumar (4030), Rajinder Kumar (4028), Rajesh Sandal, Masood Ahmad, Mohammad Ayoub Zargar, Sheikh Zafarullah, Farahat Jeelani, Pawan Kumar, Shabir Ahmad, Altaf Hussain, Fayaz Ahmad, Mohammad Farooq Khan, Mohammad Aslam and Shabir Ahmad Khan.
