JAMMU, Dec 27: Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu Sanjay Dhar today awarded two years rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs 50,000 to Kuber Singh, Judicial Clerk and Bishan Dass, Naib Court then posted in Tehsildar Office Jammu, who were caught red-handed by Vigilance Organization Jammu while demanding and accepting bribe.
After hearing CPO Harminder Singh for the State whereas Senior Advocate PN Raina and Advocate SC Bali for the accused persons, Special Judge Anticorruption awarded two years RI and fine of Rs 50,000.
