POONCH, Dec 11: Two women died and a minor girl got injured when a mud house suddenly collapsed at village Mangnar in Poonch, here today.
The incident took place about 14:20 hours when mud house of Ashaq Hussain, son of Mohammad Sharief collapsed , resulting in on the spot death of his wife Zareena Akhter and another woman, identified as Rahila Kouser, daughter of Layaqat Hussain.
Ashaq Hussain’s daughter, namely Asma Kouser (8) sustained injuries in the mishap and was shifted to District Hospital Poonch for treatment.
According to Police, the house collapsed suddenly and the victims were shifted to hospital by the locals, who rushed to the spot and started rescue operation.
