JAMMU, Oct 14: Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) has sealed two illegal constructed shops.
As per official spokesman, during a drive to check illegal constructions across Jammu City, the Enforcement staff of JMC sealed two shops being constructed illegally by Mandeep Singh, son of Paramjeet Singh at Friends Colony Extension Trikuta Nagar, here.
The constructions had been raised unauthorizedly and in violation of the building plan. JMC initiated the action under the provisions of J&K Control of Building Operation Act 1998.
Municipal authorities have requested all the Jammu City dwellers to refrain from any act of construction and encroachments and support the Corporation’s endeavors to make city clean and organized.
