BHADERWAH, Mar 21: Police arrested two persons and recovered sharp edged weapons from their possession.
As per police sources, a team from Bhaderwah police station laid a naka at Eid Gah Road and apprehended two persons with sharp edged weapons (toka and automatic knife).
The accused have been identified as Tanveer Ahmed alias Rinku, son of Mohammad Shafi Ganai of Haveli Mohalla and Showkat Ali alias Zarlu, son of Ghulam Rasool Wani of Nalthi.
A case under FIR Number 25/17 under Section 4/25 Arms Act has been registered at police station Bhaderwah and further investigation of the case is going on.
Police team led by SHO Bhaderwah Inspector Jatinder Sambyal made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Bhaderwah Brijesh Sharma, Additional SP Bhaderwah Shaazad Salaria and SSP Doda Mohammad Shabir.
