KATHUA, Aug 31: J&K Police Kathua reunited two missing ladies with their family members in the jurisdiction of Police Station, Kathua.
Police said in the first instance as per the complainant, on August 30 lodged at PS Kathua regarding one missing lady namely Rimpy wife of Raj Kumar and accordingly a missing report was entered into the daily diary of this police establishment vide DDR No. 08 dated 30.08.2024 and search was started to trace out the missing lady.
Police said a team headed by SHO, PS Kathua under the supervision of DySP Headquarters. Kathua was successful in tracing out the missing lady after hectic efforts hence the missing report has been closed vide DDR No. 05 dated 31.08.2024.
While in the second instance, one more missing report was entered at PS Kathua vide DDR No. 17 dated 29/08/2024 regarding one missing lady namely Mamta Devi daughter of Jagdish Raj of Ward Number, 1 Kathua who was missing since August 29 has been traced out by police team of PS Kathua under the guidance of DySP Hqrs.
Kathua and SHO PS Kathua thereby the missing report has been closed vide DDR No.14 dated 31/08/2024. Meanwhile, after completing legal formalities, both the traced out ladies were handed over to their legal heirs.
