JAMMU, Apr 30: Government has ordered transfer and posting of two KAS officers with immediate effect.
According to the order, Rifat Ara, Special Secretary, Social Welfare Department has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Department of Floriculture, Parks and Gardens, while Shiv Kumar Gupta, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department has been posted as Additional Secretary, Social Welfare Department.
