UDHAMPUR, Aug 13: Driver and his assistant were injured when a tipper rolled down into deep gorge near Koo Nallah, here today.
The tipper, bearing registration number JK14E-1755, was on its way from Roun Domail to Ramnagar when it met with the accident. Police and locals rushed to the spot and shifted the injured persons to Udhampur District Hospital.
The injured were identified as driver Mohindr Kumar (40), son of Dina Nath of Champyari Chenani Rumal Singh (60) son of Chtru Ram of Ramnagar. In view of their serious condition, Mohinder Kumar was referred to GMC Hospital Jammu and Rumal Singh to Army Hospital Udhampur.
