RAJOURI, Mar 31: Two persons were injured in separate road accidents, here today.
Reports said that today at about 1600 hrs, a car (I-10), bearing registration number JK02L- 2226, met with an accident at Behala Mohra Batha, resulting into injuries to the driver, identified as Kuljeet Sharma (31), son of Mohan Lal of Behala, Tehsil Khawas.
The injured was shifted to PHC Khawas and his condition was stated to be stable. The car was on way from Behala to Khawas when it met with the accident.
In another accident on National Highway, near ZEO office, Manjakote, a Scooty bearing number JK11C-5343 was hit by a truck (JK12A-3489). The Scooty rider, namely Phayl Singh, son of Tirth Ram of Dhangri Rajouri, received injuries in the accident and was rushed to GMC Hospital Rajouri.
Driver of the truck managed to flee from the spot while Police has registered a case in this connection.
