POONCH, Jan 15: Two youth were injured when a motorcycle met with an accident near Bhainch village in Poonch today.
Official sources said that a motorcycle bearing registration number JK02AH- 1548 was on way from Khaneter towards Poonch. When it reached near RK Filling Station at Bhainch, the youth driving lost control and met with an accident at about 3:32 pm. Both the riders suffered injuries and were taken to District Hospital Poonch for treatment.
The injured were identified as Shakeel Ahmed (23), son of Munir Hussain, resident of Bhainch and Tahir Ahmed (16), son of Mohd Altaf, resident of Ward number 2, Poonch.
Doctor Farhana said that Shakeel Ahmed was having head injury who was referred to GMC Jammu, while another injured is being treated here.
Station House Officer, Poonch, Insp Ranjit Rao said that Police has taken cognizance of the matter.
