SAMBA, Oct 30: Two youth were seriously injured in a road accident that took place near the border village of Samba near Mawa. Both have been referred to GMC Jammu for treatment. According to the information received, an RTC bus on way from Samba to Chachwal hit a motorcycle coming from the opposite direction. In the accident both motorcyclists were seriously injured. With the help of local people, both were brought to the district hospital Samba from where after first aid they were referred to GMC Jammu for better treatment.
The injured have been identified as 23-year-old Ramprashad, son of Omkar and Sahil Kumar, son of Joginder Paul. Both are residents of Chadwal, district Kathua. Taking cognizance of the matter in this context, the police have registered a case and started further investigation.
