JAMMU, Jan 20: Border Police Post (BPP) Gajansoo arrested two gamblers.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Border Police Post (BPP) Gajansoo arrested two gamblers along with Rs 22,180 and instruments used for gambling.
The arrested persons were identified as Amarjeet Singh, son of Ram Singh of Tirlokpur Khalariya and Susheel Kumar, son of Vijay Kumar of Nandini Mandal.
Cognizance under Section 13 Gambling Act has been taken against the arrested persons.
The arrest was made by Incharge BPP Gajansoo SI Lalit Sharma under the supervision of SHO Kanchack Police Station Inspector Vishav Partap Singh, SDPO Domana Kosheen Koul and SP Rural Jammu Sanjay Sharma.
