JAMMU, Oct 14: In continuation to staunch drive launched by the District Police Kathua to nab the drug peddlers, a Police Party of PS Hiranagar acting on a specific information has succeeded in nabbing two persons namely Pankaj Kumar S/o Suram Singh R/o Udhampur and Kuldeep Singh S/o Dharam Chand R/o Ramnagar and recovered 6.4 kilograms of Poppy straw from their possession.
A case FIR No. 100/2015 u/s 8/15 NDPS Act stands registered at Police Station Hiranagar against them. The drive has been carried out under the direct supervision of SP Kathua, Neeva Jain.
