JAMMU, Jan 17: A two-day free medical camp was organized by Medanta -The Medicity Hospital Gurgaon, in association with Rotary Club, Jammu Aastha and Aggarwal Sabha Jammu, at the premises of Aggarwal Sabha, near Vivekanand Chowk.
Huge gathering of patients from all ages of the community availed the benefit of the camp. Over 635 patients were examined by a team of doctors from the Medanta. To make this cause even more successful in the larger interest of patient care, various manufactures of medical equipments and devices also participated by offering free tests and other vitals. The medical camp offered free consultations led by experienced doctors from Jammu as well as senior doctors from Medanta Gurgaon. The camp focused on specialist doctors raising awareness about diseases in their respective fields.
In addition to the free consultation, the medical camp also had an Eye, Dental and Physio unit set up for free clinical check-ups.
