POONCH, Sept 1: An elderly woman was critically injured when she was attacked by two bears in Mandi area of Poonch today.
Official sources said that one Hanifa Begum, wife of Abdul Qabir, was attacked by two bears near her house in a forest area of Gagrian village, in Tehsil Mandi during morning.
She was rescued by family members and locals of the area. She was rushed to Mandi hospital in serious condition.
