JAMMU, July 7: Government today ordered transfer and postings of 19 KAS officers with immediate effect.
According to the order issued, Asif Harnid Khan, Director, Panchayati Raj Institutions, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Public Works (R&B) Department, while Sanjay Gupta, Additional Secretary Government, Science and Technology Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Basholi and will also hold the additional charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Basholi- Billawar, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Ashwani Khajuria, Regional Transport Officer, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as General Manager, DIC, Jammu, while Deep Raj, Assistant Commissioner (Nazool), Jammu has been transferred and posted as Regional Transport Officer, Jammu.
Vinod Kumar Behnal, General Manager, DIC, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner (Nazool), Jammu, while Zahoor Ahmad Raina, Personnel Officer in the Directorate of School Education, Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, Public Works (R&B) Department.
Zahoor Ahmad Magray, Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Pulwama has been transferred and posted as Personnel Officer in the Directorate of School Education, Srinagar, while Abdul Majeed Lone, Project Manager, IWMP, Bandipore has been transferred and posted as Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Pulwama. Zahoor Ahmad Magray, Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Bandipore will hold the additional charge of the post of Project Manager, IWMP, Bandipore, till further orders.
Dhirender Sharma, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Basholi has been transferred and posted as Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Gandoh, while Dil Mir, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Gandoh has been transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mahore.
Rafiq Ahmad Hakim, Director, Horticulture, Kashmir has been transferred and posted as Secretary in the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, while Yash Pal Suman, Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner (Migrants), J&K, under directions to report in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu has been posted as Director, Stationery and Office Supplies, J&K.
Manohar Lal Raina, Director, Stationery and Office Supplies, J&K has been transferred and posted as Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner (Migrants), while Tanveer Iqbal, Chief Executive Officer, Jammu Urban Development Agency has been transferred and posted as Additional Registrar, Cooperatives, Jammu.
Pawan Singh Rathore, Additional Secretary, Industries and Commerce Department has been transferred and posted as Secretary, J&K State Electricity Regulatory Commission, while Rubeena Kounser, Additional Secretary, Horticulture Department has been transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Budgam.
Mathora Masoom, Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Audit), Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Director, Horticulture, Kashmir, while Tej Krishan Bhat, Additional Secretary, Department of Disaster Management, Relief Rehabilitation and Reconstruction has been transferred and posted as Secretary, J&K State Vigilance Commission and Shokat Hussain Kazmi, Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Judicial) has been transferred and posted as Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex- officio Settlement Officer), Rajouri (Peer Panchal).
