JAMMU, Apr 22: Government today ordered the placement of several Assistant Engineers/In-charge Assistant Engineers (Civil) as In-charge Assistant Executive Engineers (AEEs) in the Public Works (R&B) Department on a stop-gap basis.
According to the Order, the decision follows an earlier order issued on April 10. The placements have been made in the engineers’ own pay and grade and will continue until regular appointments are made under the relevant quota.
A total of 16 engineers, including Syed Sayim, Muzamil Mushtaq Khanday, Bilal Ahmad Bhat, Himanshu Seth, Asif Iqbal Dar, Mohd Ishtayaq, Waseem Raja Ganai, Himanshu Adarsh, Vikas Kumar, Sahil Dogra, Aneesh Bhagat, Faheem Ahmad Ansari, Adil Rashid, Gulzar Ahmad, Sudesh Kumar Sargotra, and Mushtaq Rasool Pandit, have been assigned the higher responsibility.
