JAMMU, June 22: A 15-day long theatre workshop organized by Bhartiya Shiksha Kendra High School (BSKHS) Domana in association with People’s Theatre Group and Surjeet Film Productions Private Limited at school premises, concluded here today.
Chief officer, Rajinder Singh (Merchant Navy) and Surjeet Choudhary, Director, were chief guest and guest of honour, respectively in the concluding ceremony held here today.
On the occasion, the students showcased their talent by presenting conceptual show and tell, mime, skit and bhangra, which was highly applauded by the audience. Certificates were also distributed among the participants.
A total of 105 students took part in the workshop to learn dance, music as well as art and theatre techniques.
Principal of the school, Sandhya R Pathania appreciated the efforts made by the group and students, who learnt different techniques in art, music, acting and dance.
The workshop concluded under the supervision of Director PTG, Mushtak Ali and Nrityashree Deepak Dutta.
