RAJOURI, July 7: The police seized a vehicle loaded with 15 bovine animals in Rajouri area this afternoon.
An official spokesman said that Incharge Police Post Rajouri, Danish Maqbool during naka on Circular Road, Rajouri intercepted a mini-truck at around 2.30 pm today and found 15 milch animals loaded in it. The police seized the vehicle and rescued all the animals.
The police party failed to nab two smugglers who escaped from the spot. A case FIR No. 366/2022 was registered in this connection. The vehicle bearing registration number JK12A-2805 was also seized.
