JAMMU, Apr 15: Sidhra police rescued 14 bovine animals and arrested a driver.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Sidhra Police Post led by Inspector Zaheer Manhas under the supervision of SDPO Nagrota Mohan Lal Sharma laid a naka and intercepted a truck bearing registration number JK02AE-2668.
During checking, police team rescued 14 bovine animals from the truck and arrested the driver, who has been identified as Kulbeer Singh, son of Amreek Singh of Gadigarh District Jammu.
A case under FIR Number 169/2020 under relevant sections has been registered at Police Station Nagrota and investigation started.
