JAMMU, Mar 14: The Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs today ordered transfer and posting of 13 officers besides assigning them the additional charges.
As per an order issued in this context, Pardeep Singh Thakur, Additional Secretary to Government, presently posted in Housing and Urban Development Department, shall hold the charge of Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, in addition to his own duties, for a period of three months, Vibhati Sharma, Additional Secretary to Government, presently posted in the Directorate of Health Services, Jammu, has been transferred and posted in the Department of Hospitality and Protocol, Civil Secretariat, Jammu, relieving Nahida Bashir, Deputy Draftsman from her additional charge, and Narjees Nawab, Additional Secretary to Government, presently posted in the Directorate of Tourism, Kashmir, shall hold the charge of Directorate Floriculture, Kashmir, in addition to her own duties, till further orders.
The order further said that Firdous Ahmad Parray, Deputy Legal Remembrancer, presently posted in the Home Department, shall hold the charge of the office of Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner, Jammu, in addition to his own duties, till further orders, Rimpesh Sangotra, Assistant Legal Remembrancer, presently posted in the Directorate of Social Welfare, Jammu, shall hold the charge of Directorate of Tribal Affairs, Jammu, in addition to his own duties, till further orders, Chander Kiran, Assistant Legal Remembrancer, presently posted in the Directorate of Skill Development, Jammu, has been transferred and posted in the office of Managing Director, J&K Medical Supplies Corporation, Jammu. She shall also look after the litigation work of Directorate of Skill Development, Jammu, in addition to her own duties, till further orders.
Shakeel Ahmed, Assistant Legal Remembrancer, presently posted in the District Litigation Office, Udhampur, holding additional charge of District Litigation Office, Ramban, has been transferred and posted in the Jal Shakti Department, Civil Secretariat Jammu, Hilal Ahmad Bhat, Assistant Legal Remembrancer, presently posted in the Directorate of Floriculture, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted in the District Litigation Office, Budgam relieving Deeba Khan, Assistant Legal Remembrancer, from her additional charge, Adil Rehman, Assistant Legal Remembrancer, presently posted in the District Litigation Office, Pulwama, has been transferred and posted in the Housing and Urban Development Department, Civil Secretariat, said the order.
Additionally, it has been ordered that Nisar Ahmad Bhat, Assistant Legal Remembrancer, under orders of adjustment in the Department of Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs, has been transferred and posted in District Litigation Office, Pulwama. He shall also hold the charge of District Litigation Office, Shopian, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Neha Singh, Assistant Legal Remembrancer, presently posted in the Directorate of Rural Development, Jammu and holding the additional charge of Directorate of Horticulture, Jammu shall also hold the additional charge of Directorate of Floriculture, Jammu, in addition to her own duties, till further orders, the order said.
It has been further ordered that Mir Mudasir, Assistant Legal Remembrancer, presently posted in the Department of Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs, shall, in addition to his own duties, hold the charge of District Litigation Office, Bandipora, till further orders relieving Saqib Rasool, Assistant Legal Remembrancer from his additional charge of District Litigation Office Bandipora, and Abdul Majid Kelam, Assistant Legal Remembrancer, presently posted in the District Litigation Office, Kishtwar, has been transferred and posted in the District Litigation Office, Ramban. He shall hold the additional charge of District Litigation Office, Udhampur, in addition to his own duties.
