JAMMU, Oct 8: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir today promoted 13 In-charge Assistant Executive Engineers (I/C AEEs) as I/C Executive Engineers and issued orders of promotion and posting/transfers of 20 I/C Executive Engineers and 22 I/C AEEs in the PW(R&B) Department.
Those promoted as I/C Xens are- Riaz Ahmed, Shabir Ahmed Vaid, Surinder Kumar, Varider Sharma, Deepak Koul, Dinesh Kumar Nayyar, Kewal Kumar Atri (SC), Romesh Kumar (SC), Tilak Raj (SC), Narinder Kumar (SC) Rajesh Kumar Agastam (SC), Ram Lal (SC) and Showkat Ali (ST).
Consequent upon these placements, the Government adjusted/ shifted 20 I/C Executive Engineers. Riaz Ahmed on his placement as I/C Xen has been posted in the Project Construction Div Srinagar, Shabir Ahmed Vaid to Mughal Road Project vice Basharat Hussain, Varinder Sharma has been placed in the Department of RD&PR, Deepak Koul to ERA, Dinesh Kumar Nayyar to JKPCC, Kewal Kumar Atri (SC) to R&B Const Div-I Jammu, Romesh Kumar (SC) to the Tourism Department, Tilak Raj (SC) to HU&DD, Narinder Kumar (SC) to ERA, Rajesh Kumar Agastam (SC) from R&B Div-I Jammu to JK Sports Council, Ashwani Kumar (SC) from R&B Samba to R&B Div Katra and he will assume charge on the retirement of Arvind Gupta on 31-10-21; Ram Lal (SC) from PMGSY Kathua to HU&DD for further posting in JDA, Showkat Ali from PMGSY Rajouri to Mughal Road project.
I/C Xen (Civil), Nazir Ahmed Shah has been shifted from R&B Spl Div Gurez to the office of Chief Engg PMGSY as Technical Officer, I/C XEn Mehmood Ahmed from SMAGRA Shiksha to PMGSY Poonch, Devinder Singh from JK Sports Council Jammu to RD&PR, Basharat Hussain from Mughal Road Project to Police Housing Corporation, Mohd Ajaz Mubarki from LRCR Divn Srinagar to Tourism Deptt while I/C Xen Fayaz Ahmed Mir from RRCR Divn Srinagar to JK Sports Council Kashmir.
I/C AEE Suresh Kumar was shifted from PMGSY Doda to PMGSY Thathri and shall look after the duties of Executive Engineer there, I/C AEE Sanjiv Kumar Gupta has been shifted from R&B Katra to School Education Deptt to look after the duties of Xen (Civil); Similarly, Rajinder Kumar Gupta from REW Kathua to SMVD Shrine Board Katra to look after the duties of Xen, Farooq Ahmed from R&B Sumbal to R&B Spl Sub Divn Gurez, Gh Hussain Bhat from JKPCC to Gulmarg Development Authority, Syed Aijaz Ahmed from R&B Vailoo to R&B Const. Div-II Sgr, Mohd Mehboob from RUSA (Higher Education Deptt) to School Education Deptt, Altaf Hussain Sheikh from R&B Vailoo to PMGSY Kulgam, Rajesh Kumar Malhotra from JKPCC to R&B Divn Chatroo to look after the duties of Executive Engineer Civil. He will also look after the duties of PMGSY Chatroo from November Ist, Mushtaq Ahmed Mir from City Roads Divn Sgr to SMC to look after the duties of Xen Civil, Iftikhar Ahmed Darvesh from R&B Pulwama to RD&PR, Parvaiz Ahmed from DIQC Sgr to HU&DD, Ravinder Koul from R&B Jammu to HUDD, Vinod Saberwal from JKPCC to Tourism Deptt and shall look after the duties of Xen, Ibrahim Ahmed Haleem from R&B Const Divn Sgr to RRCR, Ishtiaq Hussain from R&B Pulwama to R&B Div Sumbal to look after the duties of Xen, Rakesh Saraf from Hort P&M to Higher Education Deptt and shall look after the charge of Xen, Mushtaq Ahmed Bacha from Landscape Divn Srinagar to PMGSY Baramulla to look after the duties of Xen Civil/PIU, Abdul Hamid Baba I/C AEE from PMGSY Ganderbal to PMGSY Ganderbal Div and shall look after the duties of Xen Civil, Ahtisham-ud-Din from JKPDC JKPCC to look after the duties of Xen and Abdul Manan Khan I/C AEE has been posted from Hort P&M to LRCR, Div Srinagar to look after the duties of Executive Engineer (Civil) vice Mubarki till further orders. Meanwhile, Executive Engineer (Civil) Doda shall hold the additional charge of the post of Xen PMGSY Doda after the superannuation of ML Bhau.
