JAMMU, Feb 28: A total of 13 cases were settled in the Lok Adalats held at district Samba and tehsil Nowshera.
A Lok Adalat was held under the chairmanship of Kartar Singh, Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Principal, District and Sessions Judge, Samba.
A bench was constituted, which was headed by SS Bali, Chairman, Tehsil Legal Services Committee, Samba and was assisted by Anjum Ara, Additional Munsiff, Samba and Advocate Sukesh Kumar Sharma.
During Lok Adalat, a total of seven cases were disposed off.
Meanwhile, a Lok Adalat was held in the Court Complex of Sub-Judge, Nowshera.
A bench was constituted, which was headed by OP Thakur, Chairman, Tehsil Legal Services Committee and was assisted by Advocate Ajit Singh.
A total of 10 cases were taken up during the Lok Adalat, out of which 6 cases were settled.
