JAMMU, Sept 3: The 11th Sathapana Divas of Swami Kumar Ji Geeta Satsang Ashram Muthi was observed today with religious fervour and gaiety in the Ashram premises.
A large number of devotees attended the function and Swami Kumar Ji highlighted the importance of the day and objectives of the Ashram which is wedded to propagation of the philosophy of Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta.
He said the foundation of the Ashram was laid on this day in 2002 by installing the idol of Lord Krishna. This was followed by installation of the idols of Lord Ganesh and other gods in the Ashram, he added.
Besides, the devotees some saints and prominent personalities attended the function.
