JAMMU, June 14: As the BJP-led NDA Government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, completed 11 years in office and first year of its term on Monday last, Dogra Brahmin Pratinidhi Sabha President Ved Parkash Sharma described the period as one of transformative governance, national pride, and unprecedented development.
Interacting with media persons here, Sharma said that in the 11 years of Narendra Modi’s leadership, there has been remarkable progress across various sectors. Law and order have significantly improved, with a complete halts to bomb blasts within the country and end of insurgency in the Northeast, Every time terrorists attempted an attack, they were met with strong response including surgical strikes and missile operation with a clear message, he added.
Reflecting on the journey since 2014, Sharma praised the Government handling of national security and internal peace.
Speaking on the occasion, former Dy Commissioner B S Jamwal, NMC President Subash Shastri DBPS Chairman Advocate P C Sharma,and Bawa Bhair DevsathanTrust General Ssecretary Ramesh Sharma lauded the Government’s commitment to clean and effective governance.
