POONCH, Mar 28: Two children among 11 persons were injured when a mini-bus they were travelling in, met with an accident near Mangnar area of Poonch district today.

Official sources said that a Canter ( Mini-bus), bearing registration number JK12-1063 was on its way from Poonch towards Mangnar when it fell into a gorge near Las Morha, causing injuries to 11 persons on board.
After hearing news of accident, the locals of the area and police reached the spot and they launched rescue operation. They shifted all the injured persons to District Hospital, Poonch.
Injured were identified as Mohd Aslam (60), Harjeet Singh (25), Abdul Majid (43), Narinder Kumar (35), Nazir Hussain (65), Nusrat Naz (05), Rakia Begum (55), Rukhsana Kouser (28), Rashid Ahmed (40), Dipanshu Kumar, Neerav Kumar (17), all residents of Mangnar in Poonch.
Medical Superintendent DH Poonch, Dr Nusrat Bhatti said that two seriously injured were referred to GMC Rajouri for advance treatment, while nine were treated and kept under observation in District Hospital, Poonch.
