JAMMU, Mar 18: State High Court today ordered transfers and postings of 10 Judicial Officers with immediate effect.
According to the order issued by Suresh Kumar Sharma, Registrar General, Shakti Kumar Gupta, President Divisional Consumer Protection Force, Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kargil.
Mohd Ibrahim Wani, Principal District and Sessions Judge Kargil has been transferred and posted as Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge, Baramulla. Kousar Ahmad Qureshi, Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge Baramulla has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kupwara.
Shahzad Azeem, Principal District and Sessions Judge Kupwara has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge Budgam. Rashid Ali Dar, Principal District and Sessions Judge Budgam has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge Baramulla against available post.
Rajesh Kumar Abrol, Sub-Judge, Leave Reserve Post, High Court Jammu Wing has been transferred and posted as Sub-Judge Uri vice Mohd Ashrat Bhat, who has been posted as Sub-Judge/CJM Shopian. Mohd Rafiq Chak, Sub-Judge CJM Shopian has been transferred and posted as Sub-Judge/CJM Ramban vice Khalil Ahmad Choudhary.
Khalil Ahmad Choudhary, Sub-Judge/CJM Ramban has been transferred and posted as Sub-Judge, Leave Reserve Post, High Court Jammu Wing vice Rajesh Kumar Abrol. Khalil Ahmad Choudhary will look after the work of Coordinator CPC.
Sudesh Sharma, Munsiff Hiranagar and Preet Simran Kour, Munsiff Majalta will swap their places of postings.
