Srinagar, Jan 24: At least ten persons were injured in a road accident at Wadoora along Srinagar-Kupwara highway in north Kashmr’s Sopore area of Baramulla district, an official said here.
The official said a passenger vehicle bearing registration number JK05A 8856 collided with a speedy bus which left 12 injured. “All the injured passengers were referred to Sub District Hospital Sopore for the treatment,” he said, adding that one of the injured persons identified as Showkat Ahmed was referred to Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences as his condition was critical.
The other injured persons were identified as Kulsuma, Zainab, Shugufta, Qurat-ul-ain, Masrat, Ghulam Mohhiudin, Showket Ahmed, Tasleema, Mohammed Shafi Bhat, Waseem Ahmed and Afrooza.
