10 hurt in road mishap

KATHUA, Jan 23: Ten passengers were injured when a bus in which they were traveling from Bani to Basholi collided with a passenger shed near Pargana village this afternoon.
According to reports a passenger bus bearing number JK02 D 8733 which was on way from Bani to Basholi this afternoon while reaching near village Pargana collided with a passenger shed after the driver lost control over the steering resulting into injuries to 10 passengers.
The driver and conductor of the bus fled from accident site. Among the injured four have been admitted in District Hospital Kathua while six were admitted in Sub District Hospital Basholi for treatment.
The Basholi Police has registered a case under Section 279/337 RPC.
