JAMMU, Jan 2: The 10 -day long Teacher Training Orientation Workshop of the Winter Zone Schools of Vidya Bharti was organized by State Unit of Bhartiya Shiksha Samiti at Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, High School, Ramban.
Vijay Singh Nadda, joint organizing secretary, Vidya Bharti North Zone was the chief guest on the occasion. Dr Mohan Lal Sharma patron of the School presided over the programme and Rajinder Kumar, Prachaar Pramukh, Vidya Bharti North Zone was the special guest on the occasion.
Subash Chander , president School Management Committee, Uttam Sharma, secretary and senior members of Prant Samiti and School management , Pardeep Tripathi, Samir Krishan Saproo, Kishori Lal Parihar, Neeraj Kumar Sysodiya, chief Editor India Time 24 Media House, Jalandhar, senior citizens and education fraternity of Ramban were present on the occasion.
Dr Pradeep Singh Programme incharge and Principal of the School presented the welcome address and highlighted the main aim of the training programme. In the programme 30 selected teachers from 10 Vidya Mandir schools of Kishtwar, Bhaderwah and Ramban zone were given special orientation on disaster management, school records, Vedic mathematics, Science, Hindi, SSt, Physical Education and rich cultural diversity of India and J&K.
Dr Mohan Lal in his presidential address highlighted the aim and objective of Vidya Bharti thought and current trends in education.
