Srinagar, Jan 18: A man was killed, while other was injured in different road traffic accidents across the Valley.
A police spokesman said the injured person, Aqib Ahmad Sofi, son of Ghulam Ahmed resident of Gratbal, Ganderbal, succumbed to his injuries at SKIMS.
Sofi was injured in a road accident on January 16 when a truck hit his motorcycle at Manasbal.
A motorcyclist, Mufeed Ahmad Ganie, was injured when an unknown load carrier hit his motorcycle on fore-shore road in Srinagar near Hamdan Mohalla.
The injured was shifted to SKIMS Soura for treatment, the spokesman said, adding, Police has registered cases in these accidents.
