SMVD Super-Speciality Hospital organizes ‘Let’s Walk for Healthy Heart’

JAMMU, Sept 24: Shri Mata Vaishno Devi (SMVD) Narayana Super-Speciality Hospital organised a Walkathon ‘Let’s Walk for Healthy Heart’, here today.
The walkathon was flagged off by Mandeep K Bhandari, Divisional Commissioner, Jammu in an impressive function. The event began at 7 am and the course passed through Green Belt Park and Panama Chowk before culminating at Gulshan Ground in Jammu.
A huge number of people participated in the walkathon. The participants included children from government schools along with their parents, CPRF, BSF, JK Police, Jammu University students, Bee Enn College students and different corporations including HDFC, FCI, DHFL, Star Health, GCW Parade, took part in the event.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were M. Kumar, Additional CEO Shrine Board; DIG  CRPF, SIC Khoop, Kamlesh Ramavtar president (BWWA); Dr.Suneet Marwah (CEO-SMVDNSH); Dr Shirish Dhoble, Dr MM Harjai (CAO-SMVDNSH), Dr Neeraj Mahajan (Consultant Cardiology), Dr Ujjaval Mehrotra (Consultant Cardiology), Dr Vikas Roshan (Consultant radiation Oncology), Dr Vikas Padha (Consultant Orthopaedics), Dr Satyankar Gupta (Consultant- Medical Oncology).
Jitendra Kumar Singh, CEO, Shrine Board spoke about the importance of living a healthy life and provided several health tips.
