Earlier, batting first, J&K openers-talented Qamran Iqbal and skipper Jiyaad Magray gave a solid foundation to the team scoring 75 and 79 runs respectively. Then good contributions from Abdul Samad (57) and Vivrant Sharma (49) helped the team to score a total of 289 runs. None of the other batsmen could cross the double figure mark.
