Yudhvir Sethi, Surinder Bhagat hold public darbar at BJP headquarters

JAMMU, June 20: To address the public issues, BJP vice-president and former MLA from Jammu East, Yudhvir Sethi, along with Surinder Bhagat, BJP MLA from Marh constituency, held a public darbar, here today.
The programme witnessed a steady stream of deputations from various parts of Jammu city and its peripheries, including RS Pura, Sidhra, Batehra, Anantnag, Phallian, Parlad Pur, Rajpura, Surrey Chack, Sunjawan, Panjtirthi, Janipur, Gangyal and Trikuta Nagar.
Citizens from diverse localities raised a host of civic and administrative concerns.
Yudhvir Sethi, while addressing the gathering, emphasized the BJP’s unwavering commitment to grassroots accountability and transparent governance.
He said, “The public darbar is not just a platform to listen but to act. He reiterated the commitment to ensuring that every citizen’s voice is heard and no grievance is left unresolved. Immediate directions have been issued to concerned departments in several cases.”
“The Governance must be people-centric and that is the culture Prime Minister Narendra Modi has instilled across the country,” he added.
Surinder Bhagat also reassured the public of timely redressal.
He said, “During the darbar, our focus remains on prompt resolution and follow-up. The prompt note of all issues has been taken and wherever possible, action was initiated on the spot.”
“The enthusiasm of visiting deputations is a testament to BJP’s proactive governance model,” he added.
