JAMMU, Dec 22: Reacting over the statement of Government of India in Parliament over the issue of non-abrogation of Art 370 and 35A, JK Youth Sharnarthi Action Committee (JK YSAC) has said that both the provisions in the Indian Constitution ensure that J&K is the actual part of India.
In a statement issued to press general secretary, JK Youth Sharnarthi Action Committee Iqbal Singh Iqbal said that the stand of PoK refugees is very clear about 370 and 35A that both provisions are instrumental in strengthening the country and the State.
He further said that till the some portion of J&K State is under the illegal occupation of Pakistan and China till any attempt to change or amend or abrogate 370 or 35A will be suicidal and this should be understood by the people ruling at Centre.
“Everyday we hear some childish statement of national leaders even some of them are in Union Government over the abrogation of 370 and 35A only aiming on befooling the people of country,” he said.
He further added that the hypocrisy of BJP has been exposed and the upper hand of Indian Constitution prevailed. He asked the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi and national president Amit Shah to issue an advisory to their leaders not to play shallow politics over this sensitive issue of nation, which can be disastrous.
