JAMMU, Oct 29: A youth was found dead outside the Sub-District Hospital (SDH) in Bishnah today, officials said.
Parveen Kumar son of Bodh Raj of Bandrali Village was noticed in an unconscious state outside the hospital by some passerby, who informed police, they said.
He was accordingly admitted to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead on arrival, officials further said.
Meanwhile, police have initiated inquest proceedings under section 194 of the BNSS at Police Station Bishnah to further investigate into the matter.
