JAMMU, Feb 20: On fourth day of Natrang’s ongoing ten-day workshop being held at its studio for 30 youth, participants explored new ways of creativity and innovation.
Being conducted by internationally trained actor/director Aarushi Thakur Rana, this workshop is aimed at exposing the young theatre enthusiasts in latest developed techniques of human development through the magnificent devices of theatre art. She believes that theatre is a live art form and connects to the audience directly. Hence theatre is more real and relatable, and this tool can be used to bring about a positive change around us.
A group of 30 young participants have come together to discuss various ideas affecting the society around them. Together they will use theatrical means to bring awareness in the society. The main focus for this workshop is to bring about change in the society. With the help of theatre games and exercises, this workshop will groom the voices of the people and bring forth a social cause.
In the workshop the participants are also learning about team building exercises and handling stage fright. The 30 participants include Shivam Sharma, Iftkhar Mughal, Shivam Dutta, Samarthya Gupta, Ayushi Pandita, Chetan Choudhary, Meenakshi Bhagat, Ashley Mehta, Ashish Thakur, Akash Bhat, Goutam Sharma, Ajay Kumar, Manoj Kumar and others.
